vertical_offset_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243; horizontal_offset_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243; z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al cumplimiento de las decisiones adoptadas en diciembre pasado por el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo, particularmente aquellas referidas la Rama Aficionada, relacionadas con la implementaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Licencia \u201cC\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0en los\u00a0<strong>torneos nacionales organizados por Difutbol a partir del a\u00f1o 2026<\/strong>, se permite compartir informaci\u00f3n clave para garantizar que cualquier instrucci\u00f3n est\u00e9 en l\u00ednea con lo decidido:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Inicio de la exigencia formal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Fecha:<\/strong>\u00a020 de enero de 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Alcance:<\/strong>\u00a0Todos los torneos nacionales organizados por Difutbol<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Condiciones seg\u00fan el estatus del entrenador<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Entrenadores sin Licencia vigente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Podr\u00e1n solicitar una\u00a0<strong>Licencia Provisional \u201cC\u201d<\/strong>, v\u00e1lida por\u00a0<strong>un (1) a\u00f1o\u00a0calendario<\/strong>, otorgable\u00a0<strong>una sola vez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deber\u00e1n\u00a0<strong>matricularse obligatoriamente<\/strong>\u00a0en un curso oficial de Licencia \u201cC\u201d con una\u00a0<strong>universidad aliada<\/strong>\u00a0o con\u00a0<strong>Difutbol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>La solicitud, seguimiento y control se realizar\u00e1 de manera conjunta entre\u00a0<strong>Difutbol y la FCF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Entrenadores con Licencia vencida:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Deber\u00e1n realizar un\u00a0<strong>curso de actualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0(20 horas, modalidad virtual), disponible en\u00a0<strong>FCF Academy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>La renovaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 una\u00a0<strong>vigencia de tres (3) a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Entrenadores con Licencia vigente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Podr\u00e1n realizar su\u00a0<strong>registro e inscripci\u00f3n regular<\/strong>\u00a0en los torneos, sin restricciones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Control y seguimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong>\u00a0Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en la exigencia de licencias.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Verificaci\u00f3n operativa:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c1rbitros y delegados deber\u00e1n\u00a0<strong>confirmar la licencia del entrenador antes del inicio del partido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Incumplimientos<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>El entrenador\u00a0<strong>no podr\u00e1 permanecer en el \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1\u00a0<strong>quedar registrada en el acta del partido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.
